Keeping things on track by helping to organise and distribute documents to the right people at the right time. Supporting workflows by ensuring comments and approvals are tracked, and project deadlines are met. Providing support to both internal and external project users when they need help with the document control system. Resolving queries related to drawings and documents. Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and third parties to ensure consistency in document control processes. About you: Some understanding and interest in construction and document control processes A willingness to learn systems like Procore, Aconex, Conject, or 4Projects. Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay organised. A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (you may need to visit project sites). Why work for MiCiM?
