An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in High Wycombe as a Customer Service Representative, paying an annual salary of between £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat
* Analyse customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions
* Assist customers with product information and orders
* Liaise with clients to keep them informed of progress or if any issues arise.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* General ad hoc duties as and when required
The successful Customer Service Representative will have the following related skills / experience:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Assertive with a professional approach to all aspects of work
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office package
* Self-motivated and adaptable to team environments
* Able to prioritise tasks.
* Flexible working attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
* Manage workload effectively under pressure, ensuring deadlines are always met.
