At Manchester United, we believe that excellence on the pitch starts with excellence off the pitch. Our team thrives in a high-performance environment, united by a shared passion for success. We aim to elevate the standard of performance through collaboration and continuous growth, creating a space where everyone can contribute their best to our common goals.
As a Women’s team, we are young (six seasons old) and at the start of our journey within an institution with a rich history, pedigree, and success. Within the Women’s game, we are disruptors who do things differently and break the status quo. The club’s ambition is to win our first WSL title by 2028 by producing a Women’s First Team that succeeds, entertains, innovates, and inspires.
