What the Job Involves Your role entails undertaking joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations, and installations within the housing stock, schools, and public buildings managed by Derby Homes. You will perform new joinery installations, manage vehicle stock levels, and participate in an effective out-of-hours emergency repair service. You are responsible for submitting reports and maintaining accurate records for time and materials used. Your duties include complying with various organizational policies, attending briefings, and using PPE. You will also participate in the Derby Homes Job Chat Scheme and comply with personnel policies, all while working within an appointment system and contributing towards delivering high performance standards.
