Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic support to children and young people with emotional and mental health needs. Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Work collaboratively with schools, families, and other professionals to create tailored care plans. Offer individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Contribute to the development of resources to promote mental health awareness and early intervention strategies. Ideal Candidate: Knowledge of child development, mental health conditions, and emotional well-being strategies.
