* Perform routine accounting tasks including invoicing, bill payment and budget tracking.
* Assist with financial reporting and data analysis.

* Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with latest transactions and changes.
* Support the accounting department with various administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Experience in a similar role (practice or industry)
* Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system.
* Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and financial reporting.
