Location: Beechwood Grove, 44-48 E Dean Rd, Eastbourne BN20 8EH Hours: 40 hours per week Pay: £35,000 Per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent Shift: Days What You Will Be Doing: Assist the management team with recruitment processes, ensuring we attract top talent. Create and maintain comprehensive resident and employee files. Conduct thorough screening of all staff in line with safer recruitment processes. Support the employee and resident lifecycle administration. Provide an efficient and effective office management service. Ensure financial and regulatory compliance within the service. Complete regular reconciliations of accounts, including personal allowances, invoices, and petty cash. Administer payroll hours, ensuring payroll deadlines are met. Assist the Registered Manager with any debt queries. Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, relatives, and visitors. What You Need: At least 2 years of previous experience in office administration. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Highly organised with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects effectively. Self-motivated and flexible, with a commitment to meeting the needs of the service.
