Our Staffordshire Together for Carers service are looking for a full time Young Carers Practitioner, currently envisaged to cover maternity leave for at least 12 months. The role is to improve the health, well-being and safeguard the interests of children and young people adversely affected by their caring roles for family members in Staffordshire through the delivery of tailored, person centered support. The successful applicant will benefit from joining a busy and dynamic team, in a truly hybrid working environment ( between home and the community of Staffordshire ), and will be provided with a thorough induction training programme.
