AS our RM, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, person-centred care to our valued clients in West Bridgford and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Compliance with all relevant legislation Maintaining knowledge Prepare for CQC inspections Addressing any areas for improvement Monitoring the quality of care provided by care workers Quality Assurance This is a great opportunity to work with Directors who are hands-on, to develop and implement strategies to grow the business. Essential skills and qualifications: Level 5 in Health and Social Care In depth knowledge of CQC regulations, best practice guidelines and relevant legislation Leadership skills We require a Full UK Driving License for this role along with access to your own transport.
