Our client, a tier 1 principle contractor, is seeking a dynamic Repairs Planner/ Scheduler to join our Responsive Maintenance team in SW London. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our reactive maintenance appointments for social housing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently schedule and manage daily diaries for up to 20 operatives, ensuring maximum productivity.
2. Monitor the system for emergency requests, ensuring prompt attention and swift resolution to meet targets.
3. Handle telephone variations, coordinating with the duty surveyor to maintain continuous site operations.
4. Deliver exceptional face-to-face service to our clients, maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals, successfully allocating a minimum of 60 new orders each day.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Ideally, you will have experience as a Repairs Planner/ Scheduler working within the social housing maintenance sector.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work effectively within a team to meet shared objectives.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
