Description The key responsibilities of the Part Time Accounts Assistant include: Process and reconcile supplier and customer invoices in Xero Manage bank feeds and perform regular bank reconciliations Assist with month-end tasks and financial reporting Maintain accurate records of expenses and receipts Support payroll preparation and HMRC submissions (if applicable) Liaise with external accountants and support audits as needed Help implement and improve financial processes and controls Profile The successful Part Time Accounts Assistant will have: Experience in a similar role Key and eagerness to grow and learn with a growing financially-backed SME Flexible approach to work Ability to work well as part of a team and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels AAT study experience Job Offer Our client will offer you: Extensive benefits as part of their package Great salary DOE 24 hours, to be used when suits (can be over 5 days, or 3 days etc) Working from home options (Post training and settling in) Generous holiday entitlement Pro Rata
