Job Description
3. Designing and delivering training programmes for new hires and existing staff
4. Working closely with management to identify training needs
5. Assisting in the creation of personal development plans
6. Monitoring employee performance and response to training
7. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and recommending improvements
8. Supporting the continuous learning and development of all staff
9. Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
10. Promoting a culture of learning within the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful Learning and Development Coach should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
12. Experience in a coaching or training role within the recruitment consultancy industry
13. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate individuals
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving
16. A passion for continuous learning and development
