Our client who provides services and products to the aviation industry has a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established team. The company manufacture goods and complete the installations of products so you will manage the account from initial quotation point to delivery completion.
The role involves liaising between customers and coordinating with internal departments, handling general enquiries, raising quotations, invoices and follow ups. You will have a strong focus on customer service, maximising on orders for the business and client retention.
You must have the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and understand the company products, services and a knowledge of the aviation sector would be a benefit but not essential.
Responsibilities
Be the contact between customers, team leaders and internal departments within the company to meet goals and objectives.
Manage the retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction of the client base
Proactively manage quotations and order processing
Serve as a main point of contact for client issues and be responsible for overseeing the plan of action to resolve any issues
Actively promote the wider range of products and services available
Required Skills
Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally through investing time in understanding the business and industry
Strong Administrative and personal organisational skills
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude, good initiative and an aptitude for problem solving
Good computer literacy and knowledge of Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel programmes
Experience with an ERP or CRM system is an advantage, but systems training will be provided
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – Office based role
8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm
Salary
£24,000 - £30,000 + up to £500 quarterly bonus based on business performance
