We have an exciting opportunity to join our alliance with Clancy, Kier, and Anglian Water as a Planning Manager.
The Role
As Planning Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for planning, reporting, and providing technical support for the Capital Delivery Planned Works Programme. Your leadership will ensure smooth project execution, optimised schedules, and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee Senior Planning Coordinators, ensuring performance targets are met while fostering collaboration, safety, and compliance.

* Lead and develop a team of Senior Planning Coordinators to ensure efficient scheduling and performance management.
* Optimise and monitor schedules, aligning them with service and quality targets.
* Drive operational improvements and support the integration of technology.
* Work closely with stakeholders to implement best practices and enhance efficiency.
We would love to hear from you if…
You are a proactive and experienced leader with a strong background in managing scheduling teams within operational environments. You should have expertise in programme management, optimisation, and regional Highways liaison, along with the ability to drive operational improvements. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you'll be managing teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring performance targets are met. Experience using SAP, Oracle, and Power BI for data analysis and decision-making is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be commercially aware, capable of managing resources effectively, and committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
