Job Description Due to continued success, Belfast based Client, a market leading, innovative, manufacturing Group, wishes to recruit an experienced part time HR Manager/Generalist. This is a new, permanent, part time HR opportunity, 24 hours per week, preferably over 3-4 days. Competitive salary, bonus, healthcare, flexible working hours and free car parking. The successful part time HR Manager will work closely with the Global HR Lead and enjoy supporting key HR activities; Talent/recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, onboarding, training etc This is a truly diverse HR role, offering a competitive salary and a very flexible approach to the work pattern for the 24 hour working week. The ideal part time HR Manager will have 2-3 years commercial HR Management /HR Generalist experience and possess strong organisational skills. The Role Implement monthly people metrics Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify solutions and that drive safety, sustainable cultural change and support business success Lead the recruitment and selection process New hire orientation and employee documentations control Support the administration of benefits programs Handle employment contracts, terminations and employee relations effectively Implement performance management process Partner with leaders to implement employee engagement Manage employee relations to retain and promote a hight level of employee morale and motivations Provide first line advice on all HR matters Manage absences and reduce absenteeism by highlighting trends.
