Job Title - Head of Compensation & Benefits
Salary - £90,000 - £100,000 plus bonus
Length - Permanent, Hybrid.
Location - The City - London
DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Develop and implement a compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business goals and tailored to UK & European markets.
* Conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive pay structures, staying ahead of benefit trends to enhance employee value.
* Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys.
* Lead job evaluation and grading processes, maintaining role consistency, pay equity, and supporting career progression.
* Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of pay and benefits, addressing compliance and operational challenges.
* Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
* Manage and deliver key HR projects, driving process improvements and leveraging data for decision making.
* Supervise and mentor one direct report, fostering development and aligning efforts with broader HR initiatives.
* Prepare and present insights on compensation budgets, benefits uptake, and strategic impact to senior leadership.
PROFILE

* Proven experience in managing HR projects and driving process improvements.

* Experience preparing and presenting compensation and benefits reports to senior leadership.
