A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
1. Supervise and manage the Breakfast Shift and Garden Room Morning Shift, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness at all times.
2. Lead the Breakfast and Garden Room Team in delivering excellent, personalised guest service, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
3. Responsible for the opening and closing of the shift, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and are ready for service.
4. Manage the shift on a day-to-day basis, delegating tasks and jobs to team members to ensure the highest possible standards.
5. Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination between Food and Beverage service and overall guest service within the hotel.
6. Manage and administer the daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for the department, ensuring compliance and that jobs have been completed to hotel standards.
7. Serve as duty manager as needed, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the hotel during the designated shift and handling any emergencies or incidents that may arise.
