As the new Ecologist on the team, you'll be joining the Birmingham office and wider West Midlands and Northern Ecology team, working with like-minded individuals to deliver developments aimed at promoting biodiversity and protecting existing wildlife. The ideal Ecologist will be available to work in a hybrid manner, splitting their time between home, the Birmingham office and being out in the field to contribute to nationally significant projects whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
