We are currently seeking a PT/FT - Executive Support Officer: A unique role that combines aspects of an Executive Assistant and a Sales and Business Development Coordinator.
You’ll work alongside the Managing Director with a focus on improving and implementing new processes to maximise sales revenue. You will be tasked with organising and steering his sales pipeline, along with other EA-related tasks.
You’ll need to quickly gain an understanding of the International Education industry and our clients by attending client meetings on Zoom or in person where possible. eduKUDU attends key conferences during the year, and in addition to assisting with the organisation, you’ll also be invited to attend selected events to broaden your knowledge.
The role requires someone to always think one step ahead and ensure every pitch and sales opportunity is nurtured and followed up efficiently. We’re looking for someone confident in their ability to provide seamless and proactive support, teamed with strong client-facing and multi-tasking skills. The successful candidate will need to see the ‘bigger picture’ and be engaged in the wider business.
We are a small company based in Hove. We do support hybrid working once the initial 3-month period has been achieved. Ongoing hybrid flexibility will be an option based around the workflow between the ESO and MD. The role can be offered either part or full-time. For the right candidate, we can be flexible.

2. Can you identify and highlight new business opportunities?
3. Can you manage and organise a prospect pipeline (CRM)?
4. Are you able to mould yourself into a role effectively?
5. Can you help with organising and delivering the correct information to prospects?
6. Can you participate in research to identify potential clients and plan how we fit into their strategy?
7. Are you business-minded?
8. Are you confident in speaking/presenting ideas to a team?
9. Can you work with existing systems (CRMs), and are you highly organised to ensure information is handled correctly?
10. Do you have experience managing diaries and preparing documents?
11. Do you understand small business operations and the need to be flexible and responsive?
