Job Description:
The Head of Technology Portfolio will be responsible for providing governance and oversight of projects and epics to ensure objectives are accomplished on time/scope/budget and accepted quality criteria. They will be responsible for defining and maintaining a portfolio view of initiatives, ensuring work undertaken reflects the business objectives, and they are planned and executed according to Group standards and Lean Portfolio Management as appropriate.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the formal control and success of all programmes/projects within Pluxee UK. To introduce and embed a culture of disciplined programme/project delivery at all stages across scoping, delivery, and benefits realization. They will be accountable for ensuring the effective definition and implementation of a consistent set of methods and processes which all initiatives will follow.
They will establish an effective Demand and Supply pipeline ensuring new initiatives are assessed against an objective set of criteria which aligns with the Pluxee UK Strategy, prioritized as per LPM framework including capacity management.
What you’ll be doing:
* Definition, deployment & execution of a Portfolio Delivery Roadmap with key milestones & dependencies.
* Deliver the portfolio dashboard to report progress against initiatives, resource management, financials, key risks, issues, and dependencies so that COMEX can make informed decisions.
* Champion strong IT governance and mentor project and delivery managers in its continuous development.
* Ensuring consistent production of Business Case documentation to support initiatives.
* Management of demand and supply of resources.
* Develop of a benefit realization framework aligned to SAFE.
* Leading, managing and optimising our technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering value through effective portfolio management.
* Working closely with Group/Regional leadership where required.
* Ensure portfolio delivers value, balancing risk, cost and opportunities across initiatives.
* Development of delivery strategy for all Pluxee UK initiatives underpinned by capacity management, governance, reporting, change management and prioritisation.
* Facilitate Portfolio level ceremonies such as PI planning, and portfolio syncs.
* Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard portfolio outcomes.
* Oversee portfolio budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking to ensure optimal resource allocation & financial performance.
* People management for the PMO team.
* Define, meet and exceed key performance metrics to evaluate portfolio health & performance.
* Conduct regular reviews and provide reports on portfolio performance.
You’re a match:
* SAFE practitioner.
* Extensive knowledge of Lean Portfolio management framework, methods, processes and execution.
* Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills with a collegiate style and approach.
* Senior level stakeholder management experience, able to challenge, advise and coach senior leaders.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Extensive digital experience and technology background with a strong understanding of Agile principles and tools.
