Purpose of the Role
Security and Customer Service Officers are responsible for following all client, site and company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of The Red Dragon Centre, Cardiff. This position is customer facing and frontline and therefore requires the relevant license to fulfil the overall requirements. All staff are expected to be upstanding brand ambassadors, assist with the smooth running of the centre and to manage and assist all emergency situations and incidents. This includes providing visible security cover to the centre, handling enquiries & customer concerns, monitoring CCTV (by suitably trained & licensed staff), monitoring contractors and deliveries to the centre. Holidays should not be booked at peak times of the year.
Key Responsibilities
1. To work the hours and shifts in accordance with conditions of employment.
2. To undertake regular patrols of the Centre as instructed by the Operations Manager.
3. To carry out duties in accordance with instructions issued by Operations Manager.
4. To comply fully with Savills Health & Safety Policy and Procedures
5. To ensure that the requirements of the Fire regulations are strictly complied with.
6. To ensure that the Rules & Regulations of the Centre are always complied with.
7. Ensure that all incidents are recorded in the Daily occurrence book and via Savills Incident Reports.<...
