Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a local growing business who require a Senior Administrator to joint their team and provide support to the directors. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a well organised and professional candidate seeking to join a reputable business in the heart of Sandbach. The successful candidate will report directly into the Director and provide them daily support, duties will include:
1. Managing incoming calls and enquiries
2. Managing the email inbox and corresponding
3. Meet and greet any visitors into the business
4. Planning meeting and conferences along with travel arrangements
5. Produce weekly reports
6. Handle confidential records and comply with GDPR regulations
7. Point of contact for stakeholders
