Change Management Business Partner
We are currently hiring for a Business Partner with extensive Change Management experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 12-month contract.

Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure full line of sight across all types of change and ensure coordination for the function or region represented.
2. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through a solid and empathetic understanding of change impacts on people.
3. Work with change sponsors to coach them on how to perform their roles effectively for the benefit of the change being implemented.
4. Coordinate and oversee Change Management resource requirements in the region or function represented.
5. Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of changes impacting employees, using a structured Change Management methodology.
6. Minimize resistance to change using Change Management strategies and plans.
7. Engage with employees impacted by change using Change Management strategies and plans.
8. Ensure alignment with other Change Management Business Partners to highlight dependencies and coordinate changes impacting functions and regions.
9. Actively contribute to the maturity of the central Change Management team and promote the team and services positively through stakeholder networks.
Skills and Experience:
1. Ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences.
2. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
3. Effective at all organizational levels.
4. Experience with implementing change management principles, methodologies, and tools such as PROSCI, ADKAR, APMG across multiple projects and programs.
5. Experience as part of a team implementing major change programs.
6. Knowledge of project management approaches (Agile / Waterfall), tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
