They have nearly 7,000 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership in Wiltshire, Somerset, and Bath and North-East Somerset. The role
Are you a passionate HR professional eager to make a positive impact? Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Adviser to join their team on a fixed term contract of 12 months.
This is a crucial role with a focus on enhancing employee wellbeing and facilitating data-driven decisions. As such, strong experience in these two key areas will be hugely beneficial.
Joining their friendly HR team of 8, you’ll be designing, implementing, and championing innovative wellbeing initiatives that foster a happy, engaged, and productive workforce. You will also leverage your expertise in data analysis to design and maintain insightful HR dashboards that track key metrics such as workforce trends, employee engagement, and performance.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders, HR colleagues, and employees across the business, contributing to various HR projects and providing support to the wider HR team, including handling casework.
Please note, whilst this role is a minimum of one day a week in the office, there may be occasions where you are required more often. As such, you will need to live within a commutable distance to Trowbridge.

1. A passion for wellbeing, creating programs that support mental, emotional, and physical health in the workplace.
2. Experience in HR metrics and dashboards, with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. A solid foundation in HR principles and practices, with a proven track record in delivering impactful initiatives.
5. A proactive and creative mindset to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
6. CIPD qualification level 3 or above.
