Our client are a friendly firm of Solicitors, based in Mossley, North West and they are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. If you are a friendly and professional individual with excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you Job Responsibilities and duties include: Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls efficiently Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Take details of all new enquiries to pass to fee earners Greeting clients/suppliers/visitors to premises in a professional and friendly manner and offering refreshments if required Opening, accurate scanning and distribution of daily post to fee earners Using franking machine, preparing and sending outgoing mail and arranging courier or Post Office deliveries as required Taking outgoing post to local post office on way home • Assisting with closing and archiving files for fee earners, and retrieving files from archive Keeping an inventory of stationery and water supply and ordering and moving same Liaising with photocopier and franking machine suppliers in case of repair/fault Ordering photocopier toner replacement • Diarising client/supplier meetings for fee earners as required and booking meeting rooms Using case management system (ALB) to record telephone calls • General filing, photocopying and scanning as required • Case-related tasks as required by fee earners Characteristics of a Successful Candidate: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and other common office software High level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor If you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Part-Time Receptionist, Mossley please email your cv to Tina Lacey Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to the skills, training, and welfare to work sectors nationally.
