The role of Estimator/Quantity Surveyor Fit Out will involve:
Estimator/Quantity Surveyor position dealing with fit-out projects for the hospitality and leisure industries
Review, analyse and send out all tender packages to clients
Conducting take offs and pricing different elements of a tender including completing schedule of works or tender return document
Liaising with clients, architects & cost consultants
Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
Working closely with the client on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the tendering process
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
