Mental Health Occupational Therapist Band 6 £39,912 - £48,635 per annum Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,349 per annum 37 hours per week Permanent post This post is eligible for relocation expenses. We require an enthusiastic Mental Health Occupational Therapist with relevant experience who would relish the opportunity of living and working in our beautiful and rural island community. The Mental Health OT provides specialist OT assessment and intervention across both hospital and community settings managing a designated caseload working with adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, and personality disorder and dementia. The OT works as part of the Community Mental Health Team as well as the integrated Occupational Therapy Service. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as well as a willingness to travel.
