SEN Teacher
Location: Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (MPS/UPS)

Are you passionate about supporting students with complex needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist independent school, providing high-quality, personalised education for students aged 6-19 with PMLD, MLD, SLD, autism, ADHD, and other associated difficulties.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
✔️ Deliver tailored, engaging lessons within an individualised curriculum.
✔️ Work closely with therapists and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
✔️ Support students in managing sensory overload, anxiety, and transitions.
✔️ Contribute to curriculum development and assessment strategies.
✔️ Lead and manage support staff effectively.
About You:
✅ PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
✅ Experience or knowledge of SEN, particularly sensory-led curriculums.
✅ Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
✅ Ability to assess, record, and report on student progress.
