Salary: £30,266 - £33,579 p.a.
Job Purpose: Administration and analysis of Complaints, FOI, Data Protection and Ombudsman enquiries received by the Customer Resolution & Improvement Team.
* Identify Customer Care training and development issues.
* Assist with ongoing customer engagement and consultation work.
Requirements
Significant and relevant experience of working within a customer/administrative service.
