We are currently looking for a Port Hydrographer to join our busy team in the spectacular Port of Dover As a Port Hydrographer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hydrographic surveys and managing dredging contracts to ensure navigational safety and regulatory compliance. You will oversee the maintenance of vital aids to navigation and handle the port's disposal licenses and capital applications. You will also serve as the primary contact with the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) and other regulatory bodies. This challenging role demands not just technical expertise in hydrographic surveying but also strong project management skills to ensure smooth and efficient port operations. Hours of Work: Full-time, with flexibility required to meet project needs.
