We are keen to enhance our dedicated team with individuals who possess both expertise and a resilient approach to the challenges presented in special education. The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching, learning and delivering lessons to groups of children in Key Stage 1 & 2. The ability to manage and provide direction for a team is also highly desirable in this role. Your positive leadership for our pupils will play a crucial role in their learning journey, ensuring children make progress. We are looking for practitioners who are value-led and can demonstrate an understanding in how our values inspire our curriculum. We aim to ensure learning is both enjoyable and meaningful for pupils. Enthusiasm for teaching and an ability to connect with complex pupils is essential.
