Fulfilment Manager
Location: Rotherham
Salary: Up to £30,000
Pin-Point are currently recruiting for a Fulfilment Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Rotherham. You will be joining the UK's largest direct mail producer and established expert in transactional and regulatory communications.
As a Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the order fulfilment process to ensure that letters are transferred, processed, and mailed in an accurate and efficient manner in line with client SLAs. If you are currently an Office Manager, this could be an ideal next challenge.

Fulfilment Manager Role:
* Manage the day-to-day operations and ensure all letters are mailed and completed to agreed SLAs.
* Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all administrative and reporting procedures and routines and that paperwork is forwarded to the relevant parties.
* Be the primary client contact, acting as a single point of contact for the end-to-end process.
* Ensure team communication to raise issues, improve processes, and obtain or offer support.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and KPIs.
* Collaborate with other departments to develop streamlined processes and ensure high levels of client satisfaction are achieved.
* Understand and follow the company policies regarding system, data, and physical security at all times.
* Manage and report client stock levels and manage replenishments to ensure efficient stock.
* Manage stock from the warehouse ensuring stock levels are correct and put in correct locations.
* Promote positive communication through team and one-to-one meetings.
* Manage and monitor absence records ensuring return to work documentation is completed and holiday approval is in line with company policy.
Skills Required:
* Experience working as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
* Previously maintained GDPR compliance and ensured all staff adhere to the regulation.
* Experience prioritising and delegating workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests.
* Experience in HR duties: recruit, interview, select, hire, and onboard new employees.
* Take responsibility for own development, actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement.
