Position: Retail Manager
Salary and Hours: £21,213 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full time 35 Hours per week
Based: Lymington, Marie Curie Shop

What we are looking for:
* Sales & Stock Generation: Be creative and look for opportunities to attract new customers/supporters every day.
* Management of Staff and Volunteers: Work with amazing people, taking the lead in recruiting, training, managing, and supporting volunteers to ensure the effective operation of the shop.
* Administration: Ensure all financial reporting and management, cash handling, daily banking, and security procedures are followed.
