Job Description
As Pure Kaktai's UK Country Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth in the UK market. You will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy, managing key accounts, and securing new listings with major retailers, food service operators, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Pure Kaktai in the UK:
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
o Define sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
2. Manage key accounts with major retailers, food service operators, and distributors:
o Grow existing accounts (e.g., Mahalo, Selfridges) and secure new listings.
o Negotiate contracts, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure product placement.
3. Identify and open new accounts with a focus on major listings within the next 12 months:
o Target key retailers, food service chains, and distributors aligned with Pure Kaktai's target market.
o Develop and execute account-specific sales plans.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes:
o Stay informed about the UK beverage market and adapt the commercial strategy accordingly.
o Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution:
o Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
o Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure efficient distribution and fulfillment.
o Work with the finance team to manage budgets and track sales performance.
Requirements
* Proven track record managing main accounts in the UK within the soft drink industry.
* Strong understanding of the UK beverage market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Existing relationships with key buyers in the UK grocery or food service is a plus.
