Play a key role in a new growth opportunity MKC Training is looking for Course Designers, Learning Designers, Learning Technologists and Digital Learning Developers who are passionate about delivering a high-quality learning experience. They are gearing up for growth and building dynamic project teams to deliver to their clients in both the defence and commercial learning design sectors. They h ave flexible opportunities across full-time (37 hrs per week) and part-time, plus permanent, fixed-term (6-18 months) and associate contractor options. There are opportunities at their main site in Chatham, Kent, or across Southern England. There are also hybrid / home-working options (with periodic visits to hub locations). The Role: Across these Learning Designer roles, your work could involve: Design of training programmes in line with frameworks like ADDIE or DSAT Analysis and implementation of changes to training programmes Blended and e-learning development 3D modelling, animation and other courseware design Cross-Team Collaboration: Developing strong relationships with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to positively contribute towards learning design Additional experience/ capability to support your role: Exhibits a robust understanding of learning design and/ or digital learning principles and best practices. Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) design experience. ‘SC’ security clearance. Experience working in a multi-discipline project team environment Bring creative thinking to the table with a track record of delivering impactful learning design.
