The Position Job Title: Sales Apprentice Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship Duration: 13 months Location: Basingstoke RG25 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. Salary: £18,0000 Role and Responsibilities The SDR is responsible for finding new business through cold calling and marketing supported campaigns, effective database management through the Salesforce CRM, creating partnership, customer follow ups and gathering contractual information from live prospects. Typical duties will include: Cold calling prospective customers Establishing partnerships Achieving set KPI’s, deadlines and targets for calls Identifying clients Managed print and Telecoms needs Building relationships with prospects Emailing prospective clients Updating with fresh data and cleansing existing data in Salesforce Working with third party sales lead providers Gathering important contractual and invoicing information Work with marketing on new proposals Communicate initial offer and present proposals Liaising closely with the Sales Directors Attend installations when required Learning about new technologies Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Entry requirements Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C in both Maths and English. Training to be provided Things to consider Uncapped commission structure, with a forecasted OTE of £40-£60k in your first year. Skills required Array Future prospects Full time position upon completion of the apprenticeship. Sales Executive Level 4 qualification.
