Description Omnicell is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its team in the UK. The Senior Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness in the region. Reporting to the Director Commercial Marketing, the Senior Regional Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, marketing communication, product management, and customer support, to ensure that Omnicell's solutions are effectively marketed to customers. Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive demand, and generate revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and solutions. Develop and execute demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, events, and social media. Develop and manage regional marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Be the brand guardian locally to ensure compliance to guidelines and protect Omnicell’s reputation Analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI where possible, and use data to inform marketing strategy and tactics. Ensure that all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations. Qualifications: Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems such as SalesForce and Pardot. Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude to overcome challenges and offer solutions Ability to influence and convince within a matrix organization Excellent interpersonal, trust-building and cross- cultural skills Strong communication and presentation skills, mastering effective communication with peers and management. Command of any other language is a massive plus.
