Salary: ranging from £26,000 - £28,000
Contract: Fixed term or temp to perm
Temp to Perm: initial day rate contract moving to perm hire

We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with the exciting potential to become a permanent member of the team.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Setting up and maintaining hardware (laptops, desktops).
2. Supporting a thriving internal user base of 100+ employees.
3. Managing new starter setups and processing leavers efficiently.
4. Troubleshooting and supporting printers.
5. Configuring and installing networks (switches, VPNs).
6. Ensuring the seamless operation of IT functions across the business.

Technical Skills You'll Need
1. Active Directory and Group Policies.
2. Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019).
3. Configuring and installing networks (switches, VPNs).
4. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
5. Knowledge of antivirus and security software.
6. Proficiency in Office 365 Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
