The Opportunity:

My client are a renewable energy company who are looking for a Project Engineer on a contract basis for an initial 9 month assignment that will see you play a pivotal role in translating my clients product solutions into site specific design packages that align with the company's quality, safety and operational standards.

Acting as the bridge between design, construction, commissioning and operations, you will ensure the seamless integration of multidisciplinary packages including process, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering into cohesive, operable systems.

This role is an urgent role for the client and you must live in the local area as being onsite 5 days a week is a requirement.

Skills and Experience:

1. Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary site design projects
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading engineering and operations teams effectively
3. An awareness and understanding of process system design (Oil and Gas preferable)
4. Experience acting as a principal designer under CDM regulations
