About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate commercial surveyor to join our growing Private Sector Team. This role will be to provide essential support to the Property & Business-to-Business functions focusing on EV Charging transactions to help expand our UK-wide network. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of EV transactions, including freehold and leasehold land acquisitions, to facilitate the rollout of charging infrastructure. Assist in identifying and evaluating potential sites for new EV hubs, including market research and financial analysis. Engage with landlords and landowners to build strong relationships to address both property and strategic business issues that may arise. Support in the due diligence process for potential sites, including title searches, surveys, environmental assessments, and other necessary investigations Assist in negotiating leases and agreements with landlords and stakeholders, including consent applications for alterations, assignments, and change of use. Support with physical site surveys, including measurements, photographs, and detailed notes about the site conditions and surrounding area. Contribute to asset management activities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance of our charging infrastructure assets. Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate the seamless execution of transactions. Participate in networking and professional development activities to support your APC journey (if applicable). Qualifications: A degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with surveying software. A keen interest in the electric vehicle sector and sustainable practices.
