· Territory Sales Manager - Northern Home Counties & East Anglia - 4 days Field & 1-day WFH
· £40,000 to £50,000pa and Monthly Bonus on gross profit + £1000 Quarterly Bonus
Company & Role:
The company you will be working with, specialises in creating window covering solutions for the window blind trade. Offering a wide range of products and brands.
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for new business within existing accounts. You will up-sell and promote products, scheduling calls and conducting presentations. You will treat the territory as your own business and work alongside the customer service and internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities
* You will be managing existing accounts & nurturing those relationships as well as finding new business.
* You will be required to have 4 customer meetings per day where you prepare beforehand, schedule presentation to showcase products and follow-up to close the deal.
* 50% conversation rate on customer meetings.
* Negotiate and provide quotations.
Requirements
* Right to Work in the UK.
* Proven track record of Account Management and Business Development role.
* Price-Driven
* Experience or Knowledge selling similar products.
* A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities and own your territory.
* Exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work autonomously and to travel throughout the territory.
Salary & Benefits Package
* £40,000 to £50,000 with monthly commission & quarterly bonuses

* Field-Based 4 days a week / 1 day working from home - Fridays
* 37.5hrs per week - Mon to Thurs 0830-1700 and Fri 0830-14.00
