Anderselite are currently looking for an Administrator to join a client in Leicestershire. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with requirements, and maintaining accurate records throughout the tendering process. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of tender documents - Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines - Maintain an up-to-date database of tenders and related documentation - Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions - Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations and other required materials - Support the tender team in managing and tracking active tenders - Prepare reports and presentations for management on tender progress and outcomes - Ensure all tender documentation is filed and stored accurately for future reference Requirements: - Strong organisational and administrative skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Previous experience in tender administration or a similar role preferred - Previous construction experience is desired - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of tendering processes and procedures is advantageous This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing company.
