The Role: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our dynamic and supportive Head Office team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our Board of Directors and Strategic Leadership Team achieve their strategic objectives. You will provide a professional administrative and business support service, ensuring the smooth operation of our organisations activities and enabling measurable service improvement. Key Responsibilities: Support the Executive Team schedules, travel arrangements, diaries, and meeting commitments. Ensuring all SLT, Executive, and Board documentation, including reports and presentations, are prepared and submitted on time. Board governance support organising meeting schedules, compiling integrated reports, agenda setting, minutes, and actions Organising and servicing meetings: from scheduling and compiling agendas to minute-taking and action tracking. Supporting various projects by preparing project plans, conducting initial research, and creating reports and presentations. Being a key point of contact for the company, handling enquiries promptly and professionally both on the phone and managing multiple email inboxes. Maintaining and updating Tricuros website and social media accounts. Visiting services to support the creation of exciting and informative news stories for our social media accounts and other central communications. Developing internal and external collaborative relationships. Continuously improving administrative processes for greater efficiency. General office responsibilities, such as ordering supplies and managing data and record systems. What Were Looking For: Essential Skills and Qualifications: A business administration or related qualification Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Social media and digital space experience Ability to take accurate notes and meeting minutes. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Desirable Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress and social media platforms. Awareness of Local Government roles and functions. Understanding of Tricuros partner agencies. Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), office-based with occasional hybrid working and travel.
