Key Responsibilities
* Contact and engage with base via telephone to generate sales opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs.
* Promote tailored solutions that address client requirements and challenges.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and campaigns.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Requirements
* Proven experience in telesales, sales, or business development, preferably with B2B businesses.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A confident, persuasive approach to sales, coupled with a focus on client needs.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
