Job Description
* Manage, grow and develop the Lidl Account with Full P&L.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Establish productive relationships with key decision-makers.
* Coordinate with various teams (marketing, sales, product development) to achieve sales targets.
* Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Account Manager should have:
* A background in sales within the FMCG industry.
* Proven experience in handling key/national accounts and driving sales growth.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to operate as part of a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
