Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Ceremonies Assistant to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Registration Service.
The Registration Service is responsible for the delivery of all civil registration functions in Stockton on Tees including the registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships and citizenship ceremonies.
In this role you will be required to take notices of marriage and civil partnership and solemnise marriages and register the formation of civil partnerships. You will also be required to assist with the management of all administration and performance of British Citizenship Ceremonies.
We are looking for a confident and experienced individual who is used to public speaking, extremely accurate in the recording of information and has good knowledge of registration procedures.
This is a part time role to job share with an existing employee. Details of working pattern will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate as part of the interview process.
This is a part time role of 15 hours per week and the actual salary for the role is £12,594 - £13,238.
