About the Role
Looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Sales Consultant to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. As a Business Central Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how our Business Central solutions can drive efficiency and success. You will work closely with our pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new leads and business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
3. Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client business processes, challenges, and objectives.
4. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Business Central capabilities.
5. Work collaboratively with the pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
6. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring smooth transitions to the implementation team.
7. Keep up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets, benefitting from an uncapped commission structure.
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP/CRM solutions.
2. Strong understanding of Business Central functionalities, licensing, and implementation processes.
3. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technology or SaaS environment.
4. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Experience engaging with SMEs and mid-market businesses to position ERP solutions.
6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote sales environment.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipelines.
