Senior Account Manager - Head of Accounts -Waste and Recycling
Leading Waste Management and Recycling Company, currently seeking a Senior Account Manager / Head of Accounts to lead a team of Account Manager to maintain, develop and grow a portfolio of major accounts.
PACKAGE: £62-65k plus car or car allowance, pension and commission
PATCH: Midlands – Grantham, Newark on Trent, Nottingham and surrounding areas

CLIENT
My client is a market-leading organisation in the waste and recycling sector. Due to proactive expansion, they are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager / Head of Accounts to lead a team of Account Manager to maintain, develop and grow a portfolio of major accounts.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Be a fantastic communicator who is confident building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Previous Account Management experience required with ANY Waste Management background considered.
• Experience within the waste management or the recycling industry is essential. You will be able to display an ability to effectively manage customer accounts with a confident attitude and fantastic communication skills.

• You must have a proven track record in Corporate Account Management
ROLE
You will manage a team of account managers, ensuring they are retaining and developing their portfolio of customers, whilst maintaining margin and profit levels. You will liaise with other internal departments to ensure external client satisfaction. You will manage the company’s full range of waste management services.
EXPERIENCE
You MUST HAVE a proven track record within the waste management sector.
Either managing a field sales or account management team or experience as an Account manager in waste management.
You MUST demonstrate stability in previous roles.
