As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Interior Design to join our team.
As the Director of Interior Design, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of design excellence and complex interior design projects is executed to client specifications. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, and working with the wider team to deliver exceptional and inspiring spaces.
Summary of duties and responsibilities
* Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail and set project schedules.
* Source products, for example fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and provide samples for clients.
* Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes using AutoCAD software.
* Project management including the ability to manage and oversee full FF&E installations.
* Presentations internally and externally to clients.
* Identify new business and sell services to potential clients.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position, with some construction knowledge.
