Fantastic opportunity Hybrid job role Great Benefits Payroll Operations Manager - Surrey / Hampshire - £100000 p.a 30% Bonus This is a fantastic opportunity for a deeply experienced Payroll professional with strong commercials who has previously indirectly managed a large UK and offshore payroll team of at least 75 payroll administrators within a payroll services environment, working on a hybrid basis. You will have overall control of payroll operations, ensuring that payrolls are delivered accurately, timely and compliantly. Developing a strategy to improve internal processes, drive payroll system improvements to ensure that clients receive an A1 standard of service. You will be a client focussed Payroll Operations Manager who is experienced in managing diverse workforces with a proven track record in the delivery of payrolls and successful system transformation projects.
